My not-so-official 30 weeks photo... Wowzers!!

Out to the Ballgame!

One of my favorite parts of having kids is getting to watch them play sports! It is so incredible to me to get to see Autumn do her cheerleading and gymnastics, and watching Bear try his hand at various team pursuits throughout the year has been one of the most amusing experiences of my life! I am very proud of both of them for working so hard at whatever they sign up for, but I want to send out a special "Congratulations!" to Bear and his baseball team, The Crushers! Last night they played in the final game of their big tournament, and they ended up in 2nd place out of 14 teams. I was worried that Bear might be disappointed that they didn't win the championship game, but he didn't seem to care a bit... He still got a big trophy, so he was ecstatic! I have never seen him so proud.

Here are a few photos from throughout the season:

Bear worked really hard all season, and as a mama, I could not be more proud! Way to go Bear! : )

Norah...

Jason posted this on the "official" blog earlier, and I thought it was too precious not to share! By the way, I am posting this from my iPhone while I test-drive one of the yummy massage chairs on display at Bed Bath and Beyond. I may never get up. Gotta love technology! : )

Can't believe our little Norah will be a 2-year-old in just a few months... we think she's pretty cute!

Why we love film...

You just can't beat the look of real, live film. This is the first photo Jason took with the F100 he got for Christmas... We finally got around to getting the roll developed! Taken on Kodak TMAX 3200 at Surem & Guillermo's wedding.

Moving Sale!!

Hey, you should come to our moving sale!! It's tomorrow at the ridiculous hour of 6 a.m.

Check it out on Craigslist and then come see us in the morning! : )

Razor-Bear!

In order to help keep the peace in the house this summer while we're busy moving, shooting weddings, and growing babies (well, just the one!), we have signed the kids up for as many summer camps as we could find! They get to get out of the house, stay active and make new friends, and I get to lay on the couch and try not to be in labor. So far so good! : )

First up, just 2 days after school was (finally) out, Bear headed off to Razorback football camp! He got to meet the coach, practice with the players, run through the big inflatable Hog tunnel and even score a Razorback touchdown! A couple of his friends from school were even there to share in the fun. What a day!

Next up: gymnastics camp, cheer camps and Brookhill for Autumn and another football camp and a week at Garner and Papa's for Bear! When we're done unpacking, I plan to hold down the couch until August. If, that is, we ever actually get done packing! We shall see...

And the "Dad of the Year" award goes to...

Our very own Jason Hudson: squasher of spiders, kisser of boo-boos, putter-together of furniture and carrier of camping chairs to baseball games! I don't know what we would do without him. We love you, babe!

Also, a big shoutout to our other favorite dads, Walt and Richard! We love you guys!

And a big "Happy Father's Day" to all you other Dads out there... You guys make the world go round! Hope your day is filled with lots of air conditioning, relaxation and steak. : )

MOVING DAY!!!

It's moving day! I am considering sneaking away to a hotel and/or a cruise to escape, but I fear I might get caught. So instead, I'll go pack more boxes and try to get ready for the movers to get here. Wish us luck!

Summer!

Well, we had a great school year, and finished it off with a bang! The last couple of weeks were a flurry of events, field trips and projects. There were a couple of days when I wasn't quite sure how we were going to get everything done that needed done, but somehow it all worked out! Here are a few photos from our end-of-the-year adventures!
