Nap time at our house is a bit of a battle! Despite the fact that when 1:00 in the afternoon rolls around, Norah is totally exhausted, she absolutely hates to take a nap in her bed! She usually ends up standing up next to the baby gate and just screaming until she falls asleep on the floor. Sometimes she ends up sleeping on the living room floor, or in her high chair, or in Bear's room... Really, she's pretty happy to be anywhere except for her bed! Go figure.
Today was a new one, though. In the midst of one of her 2-minute time outs in the naughty chair for smacking her brother in the head, she'd apparently had enough. I went over to tell her she could get up, and discovered her like this:
This was over an hour ago, and she's still cozily snoozing in the hard wooden chair. Silly girl!
